As a video production company, we are committed to providing reliable, ethical, and high-quality services to every client. To further support accountability and peace of mind, we are fully covered by general liability insurance through Acuity Insurance. This coverage reflects a proactive approach to responsibility and risk management and ensures protection for both ourselves and our clients throughout every stage of production.

Best Practices for Nonprofit Video Production

Story-telling is important work. But that doesn't mean it can't be fun! We make every effort here at Blindeye to make this a seamless, enjoyable process; from developing the story to watching your video with an audience. If you have any questions or concerns at all, please ask. And if you want to learn more about our best practices, then continue reading below!

Deliverables

If you're paying online, 99% of the time that means you've already received your videos, and you're fully satisfied with the way they've turned out. Usually, we share our deliverables (videos) via a downloadable Google Drive link. We can also share via Dropbox, file share, or really anything you request. 

Refunds

In 99% of cases, we won't expect payment until you've received all the produced deliverables. In the rare case that you have (for some reason) paid in advance, you are entitled to a full refund if you do not receive the produced deliverables.
