The goal of my work has always been simple: to challenge viewers to see, feel, and experience the struggles of others and to be immersed in that struggle in the midst of the broader society. I work to capture the intensity and truth of relationships… both my own relationships with these strugglers facing racial discrimination, mental health battles, and addiction, and the relationship they have to their struggles.
Working with nonprofits has grown out of these relationships- not the other way around.

Kevin Bryce, Owner/Founder

The crew at Blindeye are masterful artists with their videos. They are absolute professionals. They filmed our organization unobtrusively but professionally, and they nailed the final product on the first edit.
The final product was clear, coherent, and very compelling. They did all of this for very reasonable rates. I am already looking forward to our next collaboration!

Let's break it down...
Attainability
It happened. A powerful moment where your nonprofit moved the needle; a life was impacted in a deep, authentic way. But you're small and growing, and videos are expensive. We make to ensure you are able to tell that story so that heads turn.

Responsibility
In a nonprofit space especially, when making a video someone is being vulnerable. We ensure every story is told with dignity, respect, and authenticity. Pulling heart strings isn't the name of the game- honesty is. We have no interest in making spectacles out of human stories. We're interested in empowering your story tellers to empower your audience.
Quality
Your video is not a job to get finished, it's a story to be told. We're about detail, we're about innovation, we're about making it unique and making it beautiful. We aren't interested in winning awards, we're interested in moving hearts with the power of your truth.

Equity
In 2019 we produced a video that highlighted the artwork of local Kansas City artist, Jorge Castillo. This presented us with a unique challenge because Jorge is deaf.
But our perspective quickly changed from challenge to opportunity. It was an opportunity for Blindeye to begin to consider what it means to produce videos for and with those who live with disabilities. How can we begin to produce videos with everyone in mind?
Today, we offer subtitles with no extra charge. We consider pacing, titling, and the overall edit- we want people to look good! We also ensure that everyone living with a disability is given a voice in the video when possible.
These are simple changes, and we've got a lot to learn and a long way to go. But that's kind of the point- we're here to learn.

Accountability
As a video production company, we are committed to providing reliable, ethical, and high-quality services to every client. Since the beginning, our work has been rooted in honesty, transparency, and collaboration—valuing clear communication and mutual respect in every partnership. Our goal is always to represent clients with integrity and professionalism.
To further support accountability and peace of mind, we are fully covered by general liability insurance through Acuity Insurance. This coverage reflects a proactive approach to responsibility and risk management and ensures protection for both ourselves and our clients throughout every stage of production.
We welcome open communication, value long-term partnerships, and are dedicated to creating content that makes a meaningful impact.
